Two 1.60 euro French stamps
Two French stamps celebrating 300 years of the Hydrographic Service (1720 - 2020). One shows an early hydrographic vessel with a surveyor heaving the lead and two with a sextant. The other stamp shows a modern vessel with a multibeam echosounder. The stamps are set in a larger piece of paper showing part of an old and a new nautical chart as well as two sailors with a sextant.
