The sextant shown on this pin is a good model of a Freiberger Yacht sextant. The pin is a nice combination of features; its overall shape is FRance made up by the sailor and sextant. The eye of the sailor is the eyepiece of the sextant (which makes the sextant inverted) with an Eiffeltower pointing up. Seems to have been given to students on a navigation course.
