Set of transmitter and receiver radio tide gauge. The unit on the left is the converter which takes the pressure from the quarts sensor and transmits it digitally towards the receiver on the right. Ofcourse that requires antenna's and antenna cables which I do not have but the principle is the same. The values can then be sent to a computer or read on the display of the receiver.
This unit is originally from van Oord where it saw much duty according to its cosmetics. After that it was donated to the Maritime Institute Willem Barentsz from where it found its way into my collection as it was no longer servicable.
