This GST9 is unbranded, but thanks to a reference in the Wild Collection of Greg Bennett I could identify this when it came up for auction. It is a very handy clamp (it almost looks like a drill stand) that can be attached to a variety of surfaces using some type of clamp (missing). The instrument is mounted on top using a regular thread and can be slid along the surface for alignment. Nifty tool!
