E.R. Watts Alhidade

This alhidade looks great (and old) but is probably paint stripped going by the vague black marks and the longitudinal scratches on the brass. It has been completely taken apart as far as I can tell though. The instrument is no longer in working condtion as the level is broken ánd the vertical gearing no longer works as it should. I've tried to fix it but it seems the gears have worn away over time or through mishandling. I've kept it in my collection as a nice contrast with the much more sophisticated Wild Heerbrugg RK1.
