Davis metal Prismlevel II new old stock

As with the Prismlevel for the Davis sextants, the Prismlevel II is very hard to find. This was designed to fit standard 'round mirror' metal sextants such as those from Plath, Freiberger and Tamaya. The idea is that with this attachment 'swinging the arc' is no longer required. That is however a very simple procedure so probably not many of these were sold. This one definitely was not as it is still in it original box and seems untouched. As such no photographs on a sextant as I have decided to keep it mint. The operation of one of these is exactly the same as the Prismlevel for the Davis sextants which is mounted on my Master Mk25 sextant.
