Small type of level for general levelling work. It cannot be reversed and therefore requires carefull calibration. Of this type of level many were produced. I have four variations in my collection; 2 with horizontal circle (NK10) of which there is a small difference in construction; a N10 without horizontal circle and an N10E with erect (upright) image. The other three have an inverted image and require an old fashioned, up-side-down staff. All instruments fit the same case which is made of plastic.
