This is a stereoscopic coincidence rangefinder and actually the only instrument in my collection that I will never be able to use. The instrument measures distance not by overlaying two images across a 80 cm baseline as the regular TM2 but rather by producing depth vision using two lenses 80 cm apart. However as I cannot see depth truly (no sterescopic vision) it is impossible for me to use this otherwise find instrument. I found out the instrument is operational as both my wife and son seem to be able to measure distance with it...
